01Real estate photography built around the property portals.
A listing lives or dies on its first three images. We shoot Liverpool property with the portals in mind: a strong, straight hero exterior, bright open interiors with controlled window detail, and the details buyers actually scroll for — the kitchen, the garden, the light.
Every set is HDR-finished and hand-edited: verticals straightened, colour balanced, blown-out windows recovered, and the whole set matched so a listing reads as one coherent story rather than a folder of phone photos. Files arrive in web-ready sizes for Rightmove, Zoopla and On The Market, plus full-resolution versions for brochures and window cards.
02Who we shoot for across Liverpool and Merseyside.
We work week in, week out with Liverpool estate agents, letting agents, landlords, serviced-accommodation operators and developers — from city-centre apartments and Georgian conversions in the Baltic Triangle and Georgian Quarter, to family homes in Allerton, Aigburth, Woolton, Crosby and Formby, and new-build sites across Merseyside and the Wirral.
Agents book us because the process is predictable: a confirmed slot, a photographer who understands vendor sensitivities, a 48-hour turnaround and a consistent house style across every instruction. Landlords and hosts book us because better imagery shortens void periods.
03One visit, the full media set.
Sending three suppliers to one property wastes everybody's time. In a single appointment we can capture stills, an HD walkthrough video for the listing and social, CAA-licensed drone stills and aerial video for plot and roofline context, and a CubiCasa Floorplan scanned on site.
Drone work is genuinely weather dependent — wind and rain both ground a flight — so we publish our operating limits and always agree a fallback so a shoot never stalls. Twilight exteriors are available for premium and prestige instructions.
04Preparing a property for its shoot.
The difference between good and great property photography is usually 20 minutes of preparation. We share a room-by-room staging checklist with the agent or vendor ahead of the visit — surfaces cleared, bins and cables out of frame, blinds even, bathrooms reset, cars moved off the driveway.
On the day we arrive early, tidy sightlines and dress key rooms before the first frame. If the property isn't ready, we'll work with what's there and tell you honestly what a re-shoot would add.
