With over 20½ years of experience in the estate agency industry, I've spent my career working my way up through the ranks, progressing into senior management positions across several established estate agency brands.

That experience has given me a genuine understanding of the property market from the inside — from working with vendors and buyers to managing teams and understanding what makes effective property marketing stand out in a competitive market.

After more than two decades in estate agency, I decided to combine that industry knowledge with my passion for photography and videography, creating Loveable Brogue Photography.

Today, I bring those two worlds together, providing professional property photography, videography and aerial imagery designed specifically for the property industry.

I understand that great property marketing is about more than simply taking a good photograph. It's about knowing what buyers notice, what makes them stop scrolling, and what encourages them to arrange a viewing.

Having spent so many years on the estate agency side of the business, I know exactly how important strong imagery is to an agent — and how much of a difference it can make to a seller.

I'm Katie, a property photographer with over five years' experience capturing homes, interiors and the lifestyle within them.

My passion for property photography began while working within the estate agency industry, where I was given the opportunity to train with an independent property photography company after my eye for photography, editing and attention to detail was recognised.

Since becoming self-employed in 2025, following the birth of my daughter, I've developed my own approach to property photography — combining a strong eye for composition with a love of interiors, natural light and finding those little lifestyle moments that bring a home to life.

I believe great property photography is about more than simply documenting a space. It's about capturing its character, creating a feeling and showing potential buyers not just what a home looks like, but how it could feel to live there.

My aim is always to create refined, considered imagery that showcases each property beautifully and makes people want to step inside.
